During my more than 30-year career as an intercultural manager at an global chemical company, I was able to gain experience as an executive managing director, in HR organizational development and in directing various chemical plants around the world. Over the years I became more and more of a coach and mentor, both inside and outside of my own organization.

And that's what finally I am: A work-life balance guide and an expert in intercultural leadership excellence.

Get in, drive on or change trains and finally get off! The time invested in work and career should leave time for everything else in life, just to be in balance.

Experiential learning has a very significant influence on the career path and the path in life: moments of events, their reflection and a back-translation into actual daily life.

  • Analysis of the concrete situation, viewed as holistically as possible

  • Reflection on one's own behavior and that of the persons concerned (stakeholders)

  • Development of scenarios for possible reactions and / or future perspectives and going through these scenarios using a concrete example.
